ALBERT BALDEO CONDEMNS ATTACK ON THE UNITED KINGDOM

City Council candidate Albert Baldeo expressed strong, unequivocal and profound condemnation of the July 7, 2005 terrorist attacks in London, which resulted in the severe loss of innocent lives and excruciating injuries. "Terrorism, thuggery and bullyism in any part of the world, must be wiped out at all costs. Recently, our campaign experienced the evils of sardonic and vile acts from a rival campaign, but necessary police action thwarted their evil intentions."

“It is truly a heinous act against humanity reminiscent of the attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001, and I express my deep and abiding concern for the victims of this national tragedy, their families, friends and associates. We share the pain and anguish of the people of the United Kingdom, extend our condolences to the families of the victims and offer prayers for the speedy recovery of those injured. I will work with the city, state and federal governments to ensure that South East Queens is safe.”
