WITHDRAWS CHARGES AGAINST BEATEN POLITICAL RIVALS
DR. ROBBY MAHADEO, RACHEL MAHADEO, VISHNU MAHADEO & SUNIL HARCHARRAN IN COMMUNITY'S INTERESTS

"YOU ACTED LIKE A TRUE STATESMAN & LEADER, MR. BALDEO"
Attorney at Law Sim Solomon Haniff, congratulates community advocate Attorney Albert Baldeo, after Baldeo withdrew his charges against vanquished political rival Dr. Robby Mahadeo, his wife Rachel Itwaru, Vishnu Mahadeo and his employee/partner Sunil Harcharran of DA Circle Restaurant, now closed. "I was ready to expose and destroy the credibility of the alleged complainants and bogus witnesses,"  Mr. Haniff, who is now in private practice after a 5 year stint as an Assistant District Attorney, said. "Mr. Baldeo's rivals said that he allegedly pointed a gun at them 4 times, yet they never reported this to the police until Dr. Mahadeo was kicked off the ballot for falsely testifying that he lived at 129-10 Liberty Avenue, and they were coercing Baldeo to withdraw his challenge to their petitions. The charges were  an evil fabrication of dirty politics. Moreover, Baldeo has over 100 alibi witnesses in Rochdale to confirm his innocence. These charges were brought after these people committed perjury by swearing false, retaliatory complaints to the police, and they are liable for perjury and for filing false police complaints.    I think that Baldeo has set a great example of leadership qualities, because their kids may have become wards of the state had they gone further with their ridiculous story. The police should never have charged Baldeo in the first place, but put the Mahadeos through a lie detector test." Mr. Haniff has been winning many of his cases, and has established himself as an accomplished lawyer.

"OUR COMMUNITY CONGRATULATES YOUR MAGNANIMITY & LEADERSHIP"
Community leader and prominent businessman Mr. Ramesh Kallicharran, congratulates and thanks former City Council candidate Albert Baldeo for dropping his charges against Dr. Mahadeo and his wife. "Your example in fighting hate with love, war with peace, hatred with forgiveness and evil with righteousness is reminiscent of Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, Cheddi Jagan and Martin Luther King. Thank you for your wonderful example to our community. I salute that source in you," Kallicharran said, with deep emotion. "I will continue to work with all to improve our community," Baldeo promised, who secured more votes than the combined totals of both Mahadeo and Dhanpaul Narine.
